Everyone is interested in finding an easy way to reduce weight. OMG! I’m overweight, I need to lose weight!!! Are you the one who says this almost every time you see yourself in the mirror but don’t follow any diet plan? The story doesn’t end for overweight people only; some underweight people keep looking for ways to gain weight. Diet should not be concerned with losing weight only, and then start eating all those food you stop eating just to lose weight. Your first priority should be healthy food, plenty of water, and exercise and a combination of these things make a perfect diet. 1- Low Carb Diet- (Keto Diet/Ketogenic Diet)
Low Carb Diet or Keto diet is a diet in which you stop taking carbohydrates or a minimum percentage of carbs and mainly relying on high fats and proteins. You cannot do cheating within this diet plan. For entering into this diet you must limit carb intake.

One must not take sugar in this diet, any form of sugar! Unsweetened coffee/green tea is permissible. Drinking more water is essential. More focus should be given on foods that must be avoided.
2- Portion Control PC Diet Plan
Portion control is a controlled way of taking a meal throughout the day. It’s one of the healthy diets to follow because it involves consuming every nutrient with a limited amount or make a portion of these nutrients and exercise is a must. You can go for a walk too. A kind of diet in which you eat to lose weight and staying hungry is not an option here.
Diet plan: One needs to take fruits, dairy, protein, fats, carbohydrates, and vegetables, make 3 portions of these nutrients for a complete day. Basically 3 meals a day will help you losing weight. You can make this plan with the daily calorie requirement of your body.
3- Intermittent Fasting

5- GM Diet
This diet is based on seven days, in which you need to follow specific food throughout the week.
Diet Plan: Start with fruits only, next day vegetables, following day both fruits and vegetables, then the day after tomorrow milk with fruits (banana), on fifth-day meat, following day vegetables and meat and final day fruits, vegetables, and rice.
6- Gluten-Free Diet
The name describes its food that does not have gluten. Some people are allergic to gluten. So this diet is basically for people who have medical reasons. People without this problem can also follow this diet.
Diet plan: In this diet, you need to avoid gluten protein present in wheat, barley, rye. The foods you can take are fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds, dairy, and grains.
7- Military Diet
The military diet is 3 days to a week based diet. In the first three days of the diet, you follow a strict diet plan then on the fourth day to the seventh day you eat normal healthy food. Switching again on 3 days after some days gap is good rather than following three days diet continuously.
Diet Plan: restricting the intake of calories, usually less than 1300. It is low fats and a high protein diet with minimum carbohydrates consumption.
8- Anti-inflammatory Diet
This diet is based on the restriction of processed food. It is often considered for medical purposes. Avoiding food that causes inflammation in the body may help you lose weight.
Diet plan: It involves the selection of food over nutrients benefits, healthy fats, fatty fish, oils, nuts, fruits, and vegetables, mostly with low carbohydrates and less sugar. Red meat should be avoided.

Diet plan: So this diet includes seafood, meat (not processed), eggs, nuts, vegetables, fruits, oils, and seeds.
10- 1200/1500 Calorie Specific Diet
This diet is based on the calories of the food you take for the whole day. It can be combined with other diets as well in which there is no restriction on nutrients. The selection of calorie amounts depends upon age, gender, and daily activity of a person. A working person has different calorie requirements and so as a non-active person, adults, and children.
Diet Plan: The first one needs to categorize (his/her) self in daily calorie requirement, then calculate calories of nutrients, list items with calories, and eat accordingly.
You must not start a diet blindly. Bear in mind, you can’t lose weight without actually struggling for it. Make a plan of your diet properly and follow it. Everyone differs in calorie requirement so does fat depositing positions. Always do an exercise with a diet plan. It’s hard to lose weight, most people think that but once you start it, stick to it and make it a lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle is essential for everybody that must not include fast food.
